I concentrate on helping medical, scientific, and technology based companies defend tort suits in federal and state courts. I enjoy helping my clients plan and execute efficient, winning litigation strategies in complex matters at the intersection of law and science. I emphasize and especially enjoy demystifying scientific concepts and technologies to help courts and juries reach correct legal conclusions about product risks and benefits, and the propriety of corporate conduct.
